These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Maia Walk" and related websites ("Services") operated by Heartius Lab ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to our App and related websites. Any additional rules we establish also form part of these Terms.

2. Account & Age Restrictions

1. Minors must obtain parental consent before using our Services.
2. Impersonation or registration with false information is prohibited.
3. Manage your account information appropriately and do not transfer or lend it to third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App and content belong to us or our legitimate licensors.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering or decompilation
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or modification of content
• Illegal activities or conduct contrary to public order
• Placing excessive load on servers
• Harassment of other users
• Interference with our operations

5. Billing & Subscriptions

1. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation of paid content can be managed through each OS's subscription management.
2. Refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital content.
3. Payments are processed through platform payment systems (Apple, Google).
4. Payment terms follow the respective platform's terms.

6. Advertising

We may display advertisements within the App, including third-party ad delivery. We are not responsible for advertisement content.

7. Location Information Usage

1. Location information collection and usage is based on user consent.
2. Location services can be disabled in device settings at any time.
3. Location information is used only for map display, spot suggestions, and similar purposes.

8. Disclaimers

1. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or availability of suggested spots.
2. We are not liable for damages arising from Service use, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. When liable for damages, liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

9. Service Suspension & Changes

1. We may modify or discontinue part or all of the Services without notice.
2. Services may be temporarily suspended due to terms violations, system maintenance, or force majeure.
3. We are not liable for damages arising from such actions.

10. Terms Changes

We may modify these Terms as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by Japanese law.
2. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to our Services.
