RoutineChan Terms of Service

Heartius Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes these Terms of Service (“Terms”) governing the conditions of use of the application “RoutineChan” (“App”). Last updated: September 14, 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the App. By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Before using the App, please review these Terms and the RoutineChan Privacy Policy.

2. About the App

RoutineChan is an app that lets users organize destinations for apps, websites, Apple Shortcuts, and other services into a “Baton,” making it easier to move through them in sequence.

The App may provide the following features:

• Creating and editing Batons
• Creating and editing destinations
• Baton progress support using Live Activities and Dynamic Island
• Provision of supported destinations
• Paid plan

3. Batons and Destinations

In the App, users can set Baton names, destinations, URLs, shortcut names, order, and more.

Users are responsible for the URLs, shortcuts, and other destinations they register and use in the App.

Baton and destination information may be lost due to the state of the device, deletion of the App, initialization of the device, or similar events. Except where we explicitly provide such services, we do not guarantee cloud storage, backups, or synchronization between devices.

4. External Apps, Websites, and Shortcuts

The App launches and displays external apps, websites, Apple Shortcuts, and similar services according to the destinations registered by the user.

We are not the provider of those external services. The content and behavior of external services are governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers.

The App may not open or navigate to the intended destination due to the following reasons:

• OS specifications
• External app specifications
• URL schemes
• Universal Links
• Website specifications
• Apple Shortcuts specifications
• App installation status
• Login status
• Device settings

5. Live Activities, Dynamic Island, and Similar Features

The App uses OS features provided by Apple, such as Live Activities and Dynamic Island.

Display and behavior may differ depending on device type, OS version, device settings, lock state, changes made by Apple to its OS features, and similar factors. We do not guarantee identical behavior in all environments.

6. Paid Plan “Golden RoutineChan” and Billing

The App may offer the paid plan “Golden RoutineChan” as an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are made through the App Store, and pricing, period, free trials, and other conditions follow what is displayed on the purchase screen.

Cancellation, refunds, and renewal follow the rules set by Apple. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled by the user, and deleting the App alone does not cancel the subscription. Please cancel through the App Store subscription management screen.

We use RevenueCat for verifying subscription purchase status, managing entitlements, and restoring purchases.

If the paid plan lapses, some paid features may become unavailable, and free-plan usage limits may apply. However, Batons and destinations created by users are not deleted merely because the paid plan lapses.

7. Changes to Supported Destinations and Features

Apps, websites, destinations, icons, descriptions, and other items supported by the App may be changed, added, or discontinued in response to changes in external services or the OS.

We do not guarantee permanent support for any specific service.

8. Anonymous Usage Data

The App may handle anonymous usage data for usage aggregation and improvement. Anonymous usage data is sent only when the user has explicitly consented, and the default setting is OFF. Sharing can be turned ON or OFF at any time from the settings screen.

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, users must not engage in any of the following conduct:

• Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Conduct that infringes the rights, interests, reputation, or credibility of third parties or of us (Heartius Lab)
• Using URLs, shortcuts, or similar content that infringes the rights of third parties
• Interfering with the operation of the App
• Unauthorized access
• Placing an excessive load on the App’s servers or similar systems
• Unauthorized analysis, modification, or reproduction, except as permitted by law
• Using the App for fraudulent or inappropriate purposes
• Any other conduct reasonably deemed inappropriate

10. Suspension, Changes, and Termination

If a user violates these Terms, or when we find it operationally necessary, we may suspend or restrict all or part of the App without prior notice to the user.

We may also change, add, suspend, or discontinue the functions and content of the App as necessary.

11. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App, its continuous provision, the absence of errors or defects, or that the App will always open or navigate to the specified destinations as intended.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the unavailability of external apps, websites, Apple Shortcuts, the App Store, or similar services, the inability to open or navigate to the intended destinations, or other events associated with them, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

This does not apply where such disclaimers or limitations of liability are not permitted under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

Rights relating to the App and to the text, images, the RoutineChan character, designs, programs, logos, and other content associated with the App belong to us or to legitimate rights holders.

Third-party service names, trademarks, logos, icons, and similar items belong to their respective owners. Even where such items are displayed within the App, this does not imply provision, warranty, or endorsement of the App by those third parties.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms in response to changes in laws, additions to or changes in App features, operational necessities, or similar circumstances.

If these Terms are changed, the updated version will be posted on this page and, where necessary, announced through the App or on our website.
